1) MULTI FUNCTION ROOM
This multi function room is situated near the lobby facing the beach. It is a closed room complete with a glass walls, overlooking the sea. Fully air-conditioned, this room can easily be converted to suit the needs of our clients; such as Japanese Dining, Private Family Dining or Small Class Session.

2) RECREATION AREA
The recreation area is situated at the end corner of the villa. It holds a medium sized billiard table and a beverage bar. There are also many various indoor games such as carom, dart and board games to entertain you.
3) KARAOKE LOUNGE
The karaoke lounge is situated at the second floor near the CASTLE WHITE room. It is a family area with a home theater set and a sofa set comfortable for family gathering activity. Bring in your own favorite karaoke CDs and enjoy a fun time with your families at our KARAOKE LOUNGE.
4) SUN DECK/ OBSERVATORY
The SUNDECK/OBESERVATORY that is above the restaurant is a suitable place to hang out with your families, or even hold a private dinner beneath the stars on a moonlit night. (Pre-arranged) Gather all family members and strum your guitar while feeling the cool sea breeze at night.
The observatory is also suitable for morning work-outs such as tai chi, chi kung and aerobics.

5) GREEN FIELD
A 1 1/4 acre green field that is situated around the Bungalow, suitable for various sports activities such as team building, family day, attitude building games as well as other functions such as wedding, BBQ gathering night.

6) VERANDAH
The Verandah is an open concept restaurant where you enjoy your meals to the sound of waves and cool sea breeze. There are several beach chairs for relaxing while experiencing the sunset in the evening and sip your fruit cocktail.
Dining in the Verandah
The dining area could accommodate 12 people at a time. It is situated in the middle of the house right in front of the kitchen. It may also be converted into a conference room should the need arise.
